Return and Refund Policy

 1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

• Service not delivered 
• Cancellation made within allowed time 
• Duplicate payment 

2. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided if:

• Service has already been delivered 
• Cancellation is made at the last minute 
• Patient is unavailable at the time of visit 

3. Partial Refunds

• If service is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued after deducting service charges 

4. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be made via phone or WhatsApp 
• Approved refunds will be processed within 1–7 business days .
