2. Services

We provide home healthcare services, including nursing care, injections, wound dressing, and patient support at home.

Services are provided by qualified nurses/healthcare professionals
Availability may vary based on location and timing
Emergency medical situations should be directed to hospitals

3. Booking & Payments

Bookings can be made via phone or WhatsApp
Prices displayed are base service charges only
Visit charges and consumables are billed separately (as per MRP)
Full or partial advance payment may be required

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 2–4 hours before the appointment
Late cancellations may incur charges
Rescheduling is subject to availability

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate patient details
Ensure a safe environment for healthcare staff
Follow medical advice provided by professionals

6. Limitation of Liability

We act as a service provider connecting patients with healthcare professionals
We are not liable for complications arising due to underlying medical conditions or incorrect information provided .
